My company organizes different Hackathon based on business or techno functional ideas. Past few quarters the theme of the Hackathon is AI. We are learning a lot from there.
Unfortunately, Zuck calls the shots at Meta for good or bad. He does not care about you.
If you do not like it, have the guts to just leave to company.
